Looking south, the black burn area is about 100 yards south of the Ispahan Loop tot lot.
Looking north from Muirkirk Rd toward the south side of Ispahan Loop.
On the east side of the burned area, this drinking spot, with its many bottles and cans, may possibly be implicated in the fire.

A Montpelier Hills resident was told the fire included an area in the back/south of 92xx Ispahan Loop,
which would be at the north end of the soccer field,
just east of Montpelier Elementary School,
bounded on the south by Muirkirk Rd.
Brush fires popped up in several places across the county today.
