Feb/Mar Events of Friends of Laurel Library (2012)

*** Assisting our Awesome Library Ladies and library staff with their first ever two-day Book Sale all day on Friday and Saturday, February 17 and 18.

*** Staffing a table of post cards to be sent to decision makers during Maryland's statewide Why I Love My Library Week, February 13 through 18. (Chocolate kisses will be provided to writers.) Staffing is requested for Mon-Wed during the hours of 10:30-2:30 and 4:30-8:30; Th-Fri 10:00-6:00; Sat 1:00-5:00.

*** Participating in the City of Laurel's Annual Open House on March 4 from 1:00 to 4:00. *** Renewing our own memberships and encouraging other users of our Laurel branch to become Friends by contributing tax deductible dues of $10 (Friend), $25 (Booklover), $50 (Collector), or more (Patron).
