Prince George's police cars were blocking traffic on Contee Rd in both directions from Van Dusen Rd to just north (east) of Bell Chasse Blvd entrance to the Victoria Falls community could enter/exit onto Contee Rd to go south (east) -- but could not go north (west) on Contee Rd.
